Fiduciam Capital seeks to provide liquidity to a business owner looking to hand over the stress of day-to-day operations. We are looking to acquire a controlling interest in a privately-held company with the following characteristics:
Financial
Revenue between $5M and $40M
Contractually recurring or highly repeating sales
EBITDA greater than $1M
EBITDA margins of 15% or greater
Demonstrated revenue and earnings growth
History of reliable, positive cash flow
Company
Privately held and headquartered in the United States
Clear competitive advantage
Experienced and driven middle management team
Limited customer concentration (no customer making up >25% of sales)
Labor force not unionized
Industry
Service-based, growing industry
No heavy manufacturing or retail
Fragmented industry with many small/medium sized companies
