He successfully built ArchivesOne into a super-regional records management company employing 400 people before selling to Iron Mountain (NYSE: IRM) after 17 years of operation. He has served on several mid-market and philanthropic Boards. A.J. graduated from Colgate University and received his MBA from New York University. The U.S. Small Business Administration has recognized A.J. as the Small Business Person of the Year in Connecticut.
